Delete account

You can permanently delete your Mishwar account in the app (Account → Delete account) or on this page.

• Deleted: your name, phone number, e-mail, notification token, driver documents and any remaining wallet balance.
• Kept without identity: rides and payments (accounting obligations), erased once the legal period ends.
• Not possible during an ongoing ride. If your wallet has a balance, contact us to get it back before deleting.
